If you plan to use on-line ordering, there is one more step to complete.

Already using a Shop Management System, Fleet Management System or e-Procurement System?
If you are already using a shop management system, fleet management software, or an e-Procurement system like RO Writer, Asset Works, or SciQuest? The NAPA catalog can still be accessed through NAPA’s connectivity utility entitled NAPA IBIZ. NAPA’s ProLink Website interfaces with one of the most robust automotive aftermarket catalogs on the planet, the NAPA Catalog.     Placing A Purchase Order:
    • Purchase orders can be sent via phone, fax, on-line, branch store, etc.
    • PO’s are to be sent to the Store the customer chooses to use for that specific purchase. (Note: Customer accounts are unique for each store, no shared database between independently-owned NAPA stores.)

    Each location will issue its own Invoice with its own remit-to location, see the Stores list.

    (Note: If a NAPA Store outside of Colorado does business with border agencies or municipalities, then that store will be under these same rules.)



    Procurement Card Security Protocol:
    • Credit cards and purchase cards are accepted at all GPC and independently-owned NAPA stores.
    • GPC-owned locations will not store the credit card number on site.
    • Each independently-owned NAPA store may have different processes and Customers are responsible for checking before placing an order.



    Product Return and Exchange Policy:
    • GPC/NAPA will allow return and or exchange of any purchased item within 30 days of purchase and as long as it is in good, resalable condition; both the part and the original container.
    • Any part found to be defective pre or post installation is to be returned to the selling NAPA store for an exchange or replacement.
