• Registering at your Local NAPA Store:

How to Get Started

1. Select the local NAPA Auto Parts Store where you would like your account established.
2. Call in or stop by to set up your account. You’ll need to provide a little information to get your account set up such as your agency's or jurisdiction’s name and address; your tax exemption information; and a primary contact.
3. For Colorado State Agencies: use the abbreviation of your Department (i.e. CDOT, CDHS, CDPS) for “Company” name; then your division, unit, branch, etc. designation.
4. For Colorado political subdivisions: ensure the jurisdiction’s name is shown as “Company” name for the city, county, school district, fire district, etc.; then your office, unit, branch, etc. (i.e. El Paso County- Fleet Maint., Ft. Collins - Police Dept., Adams Co. - SD 11)

• Electronic Ordering Capabilities from NAPA:

If you plan to use on-line ordering, there is one more step to complete.

1. Go to www.napaprolink.com .
2. Click on “Register” under “New User”.
3. For Colorado State Agencies: enter the abbreviation of your Department (i.e. CDOT, CDHS, CDPS) for “Company” name; then your division, unit, branch, etc. designation.
4. For Colorado political subdivisions: ensure the jurisdiction’s name is shown as “Company” name for the city, county, school district, fire district, etc.; then your office, unit, branch, etc. (i.e. El Paso County- Fleet Maint., Ft. Collins - Police Dept., Adams Co. - SD 11)
5. Complete the form and click “Submit”.
6. Write down the 10-digit NAPA PROLink ID number you receive immediately after registration.
7. Call your local servicing NAPA Auto Parts Store where you have an active account.
8. Ask them to attach your 10-digit ProLink ID number into your account in the point-of-sale system.
9. Once your servicing store has you setup in their system, you may log in to on-line ordering using the username and password you entered during registration.

If you are already using a shop management system, fleet management software, or an e-Procurement system like RO Writer, Asset Works, or SciQuest? The NAPA catalog can still be accessed through NAPA’s connectivity utility entitled NAPA IBIZ. NAPA’s ProLink Website interfaces with one of the most robust automotive aftermarket catalogs on the planet, the NAPA Catalog. Go to www.napaibiz.com to see if your system provides NAPA Integration Partner connectivity. Placing A Purchase Order:

Purchase orders can be sent via phone, fax, on-line, branch store, etc. PO’s are to be sent to the Store the customer chooses to use for that specific purchase. (Note: Customer accounts are unique for each store, no shared database between independently-owned NAPA stores.) See list of GPC and independently-owned NAPA Stores in Colorado.

Payment Information:

Terms: Net 30 All GPC-owned stores, Remit to: Genuine Parts Company P.O. Box 84803 Dallas, TX 75284-8033 For Independently-Owned stores, Remit to: Each location will issue its own Invoice with its own remit-to location, see the Stores list. . (Note: If a NAPA Store outside of Colorado does business with border agencies or municipalities, then that store will be under these same rules.)

Procurement Card Security Protocol:

Credit cards and purchase cards are accepted at all GPC and independently-owned NAPA stores. GPC-owned locations will not store the credit card number on site. Each independently-owned NAPA store may have different processes and Customers are responsible for checking before placing an order.

Product Return and Exchange Policy:

GPC/NAPA will allow return and or exchange of any purchased item within 30 days of purchase and as long as it is in good, resalable condition; both the part and the original container. Any part found to be defective pre or post installation is to be returned to the selling NAPA store for an exchange or replacement.
