    Placing A Purchase Order:
    • Purchase orders may be submitted directly to the servicing Store by phone or in person. (See list of O'Reilly Auto Parts stores.)
    • Purchase orders may be submitted online to publicsector@oreillyauto.com or faxed to (417) 874-7199. (Note: contact your Local store for its direct FAX number.)

    Payment Options:
    • Terms: Net 30
    • 2% discount, Net 10 days (after statement)
    (Does not apply to Procurement Card/Credit Card transactions.)
    • Note: A one percent (1%) rebate is offered on eligible purchases (calculated net of returns average and any prompt payment discounts) that are electronically ordered through First Call Online web browser during the month, provided that the Customer has electronically ordered at least $500.00 in eligible purchases during such month. Ineligible items include oil, antifreeze, and refrigerant (for a full list, contact the O'Reilly contract administrator at dbennett@oreillyauto.com).

    Credit Card Options:

    • Accepted- all valid MasterCard, Visa, Discovery and American Express cards including prepaid cards.
    • Government Procurement cards are accepted.


    Procurement Card Security Protocol:
    • O'Reilly locations do not store the credit card number on site.



    Product Return and Exchange Policy:
    • Returns are accepted for any merchandise purchased from O’Reilly Auto Parts that is new, never installed, in the original package, and is resalable condition. Proof of purchase may be required.

    Customer satisfaction is O'Reilly Auto Parts top priority; therefore, customers are offered a Limited Warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, and the parts have a one-year replacement warranty unless otherwise stated on the customer’s receipt. If the receipt indicates a “Limited Lifetime Warranty,” O'Reilly Auto Parts will warranty the original part for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. This excludes batteries, which carry a prorated warranty.
