Applicability
The Vehicle State Price Agreements resulting from the above referenced solicitation will be primarily used by the Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, State Fleet Management (SFM), to purchase vehicles on behalf of various State Agencies and Institutions of Higher Education. Political Subdivisions and approved Non-Profits are also permitted to purchase vehicles from the resulting State Price Agreements.

Term of the Award
All 2013 Vehicle State Price Agreements will remain in effect through September 30, 2013; however, vehicles may or may not be available from the awarded dealers after the Dealer Fleet Close Date indicated on the 2013 Model Year Fleet Vehicle Awards spreadsheet. Please check with the awarded dealers on the availability of any particular body code prior to placing an order after the Dealer Fleet Close Date. The State Purchasing Office will update the Dealer Fleet Close Date information on the 2013 Model Year Fleet Vehicle Awards spreadsheet as information becomes available.

This spreadsheet can be used to get basic information on each of the 2013 Vehicle Awards. The date on the title of the spreadsheet is to identify the most recent revision to the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes the following information for each awarded vehicle:

• Body Code
• Body Code Description
• Price Agreement Number
• Dealer
• Make
• Model
• Base Price
• Miles Per Gallon (City/Highway)
• Dealer Fleet Close Date: Dealer Order deadlines will be updated as information is received from the Dealers. Dates may change without notice.

The spreadsheet has 5 tabs that can be found near the bottom: Lowest Base Price, Compressed Natural Gas Vehicles, Diesel Vehicles, Flexible Fuel Vehicles, Hybrid Electric Vehicles, and Fully Electric Vehicles. The tabs are to help those utilizing the spreadsheet to easily identify the categories for which the State Price Agreement Awards have been made. The 6th tab consolidates most of the 6 tabs' information into a spreadsheet by Dealer.

Delivery Terms and Compliance for Institutions of Higher Education (non-SFM ordered), Political Subdivisions, and SPO-approved Non-Profit Organizations
Any Ordering Entity may arrange to pick up a vehicle from the awarded vendor at no additional charge. Prior to the vehicle order being placed, the Ordering Entity must determine if it will pick up the vehicle(s) or request the vendor to deliver the vehicle(s) to a destination it directs.

Delivery to locations within 50 miles of the awarded dealership for each respective body code is Free-On-Board (FOB) destination with freight included. The dealer is allowed to charge a delivery fee for anything exceeding the 50 miles for the purchased vehicle(s).

Vendors are required to disclose any anticipated delivery charges at the time each vehicle order is placed. Any charges, changes or clarifications must be negotiated with and agreed in writing via email to by the applicable [Ordering Entity].
