State agencies placing orders under this agreement are cautioned to ensure that their order contains all appropriate terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, any additional applicable IT terms, additional applicable insurance provisions with project-appropriate limits, and, if necessary, a signed HIPAA BAA, PII Certification, Safeguarding Requirements for Federal Tax Information, and/or CJIS Security.
