Special Ordering Conditions for State Agencies: State agencies are cautioned to obtain necessary OIT approvals prior to use of these price agreements for IT resources. The definitions of IT resources and State agencies may be found in C.R.S. 24-37.5-102.

HOW TO ORDER: OIT has established an interim policy for those agencies authorized to order phones to contact the wireless companies directly via the authorized representatives listed. If your agency is OIT, or you are ordering a Blackberry in need of provisioning through the State's Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), see the procedure and form/instructions below. Procuring agencies will issue purchase orders and make payments only to the named vendor. For large orders, vendor and procuring agency may negotiate quantity price discounts below the SES price(s) for a given purchase order. See below for URL links and pricing.
