How to Get Started
Customers without an AutoZone account:
1. Contact the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center at 866-727-5317, or via email: sc53@autozone.com.
-- Please have your Agency’s:
a. Fed Tax ID # and tax exempt certificate available;
b. Address(es) of your maintenance garage(s), phone #, contact name at the garage; and
c. Billing address, if different than the garage’s address.
--- For Colorado State Agencies: Provide the abbreviation of your Department (i.e. CDOT, CDHS, CDPS) for “Company” name; then your division, unit, branch, etc. This ensures future reporting is done accurately.
--- For Colorado political subdivisions: Provide the Agency’s jurisdiction name and department. For example: City of Lakewood Fleet Dept, Pitkin County Maint., School District ## Transportation Unit, etc.
2. You will be notified as soon as the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center has established an account for your Agency which is tied the State of Colorado price agreement. It generally takes 1 to 3 business days for setup and communicated back to you.
Customers with an existing AutoZone account:
1. Contact the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center at 866-727-5317, or via email: sc53@autozone.com.
a. Ask the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center to reference your account to the State of Colorado price agreement.
-- If your AutoZone PIN # (aka account #) is not available, the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center may
ask for your maintenance garage’s phone #, address, or Fed Tax ID to verify the correct PIN#.
2. Ask the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center to verify how your Agency’s name and department are shown in AutoZone’s system. A friendly reminder to change the name of the Agency/department will ensure your agency is setup correctly for the State of Colorado price agreement (see below).
--- For Colorado State Agencies: Provide the abbreviation of your Department (i.e. CDOT, CDHS, CDPS) for “Company” name; then your division, unit, branch, etc. This ensures future reporting is done accurately.
--- For Colorado political subdivisions: Provide the Agency’s jurisdiction name and department. For example: City of Lakewood Fleet Dept, Pitkin County Maint., School District ## Transportation Unit, etc.
3. You will be notified as soon as the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center has your account modified and referenced to the State of Colorado price agreement. It generally takes 1 to 2 days.
Setup Online Ordering with AutoZonePro.com:
If you already have an established, AutoZone account # (aka PIN #), there are a couple of options. You can:
1. Contact the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center at 866-727-5317, or via email: sc53@autozone.com, and provide your AutoZone account #, when asking for a Username and Password for www.AutoZonePro.com .
This is also a good time to inquire whether your agency is set up properly in AutoZone’s system.
--- For Colorado State Agencies: Provide the abbreviation of your Department (i.e. CDOT, CDHS, CDPS) for “Company” name; then your division, unit, branch, etc. This ensures future reporting is done accurately.
--- For Colorado political subdivisions: Provide the Agency’s jurisdiction name and department. For example: City of Lakewood Fleet Dept, Pitkin County Maint., School District ## Transportation Unit, etc.
2. Go to www.autozonepro.com, click on the link in the upper right-hand corner, called “Request Online Access”
-- Agencies with an established, AutoZone account # (aka PIN #) will need to have this 6-digit number available to proceed.
If an AutoZone account # (aka PIN #) has not been established for your Agency, please contact the AutoZone Commercial Sales Center at 866-727-5317, or via email: sc53@autozone.com, and request that a PIN # be set up for your Agency and referenced to the State of Colorado price agreement. The log-in credentials for www.AutoZonePro.com will also be issued. The following information will be needed to proceed:

Note: The State Price Agreement (Participating Addendum) takes precedence over the Vendor’s online terms.
Placing a Purchase Order:
· Purchase orders may be submitted directly to your specified AutoZone Servicing Store by phone or in person. (The AutoZone Commercial Sales Center can provide local store addresses and phone numbers, or go online, or see list below.) The list below also provides Hours of Operation for each Store and are subject to change.
